Chapter 3

	Hello and welcome to Chapter 3 of my Sailor Moon fan fiction. If you have 
not read Chapters 1 and 2, then you will basically be in the dark if you 
don't go read them! Now for everyone who was bright enough to have read 
them...*Be prepared to be overwhelmed with excitement* When we last left our 
heroes, Sailor Moon, Mercury, and Venus, they were in a great deal of 
trouble. Sure they had taken care of those nasty servants, but can they save 
themselves from the recently turned evil humans? Lets find out...


Moon: 'I can't believe this! What are we going to do?' *Starts to shake 
nervously*
Venus: 'Don't panic! Why are they moving so slow?'
Mercury: 'I think they are starting to gather their energy.'
Venus: 'Look, their clothes are all black now.'
Mercury: 'Yes, as well as that black moon and black star on their 
foreheads.'
Moon: 'Guys, I am getting really freaked out!'
Venus: 'They're going to attack any minute...'
Mercury: 'Let's hide in the spaceship until we can think up a plan.'
Moon: 'Alright, let's go.'

	*The three girls run into the spaceship*

Moon: 'How do we shut the door? If we don't they'll just follow us in.'
Mercury: 'This must be it.' *Sees a large button next to the door and 
reaches to press it*
Moon: *Grabs Mercury's arm* 'No don't!'
Venus: 'Come on Sailor Moon! What's your problem?'
Moon: 'What if it's the wrong one?'
Mercury: 'We don't have time to stand around and debate. We only have time 
to act!' *Slams her hand on the button, and the large steel door slowly 
closes*
Moon: 'Phew!'
Mercury: 'That should buy us some time.'
Venus: 'There's a scream of grief.'
Mercury: 'Don't you mean a sigh of relief?'
Moon: 'You guys are confusing me.'
Venus: 'Well, never mind. We need a plan to get out alive.'
Moon: 'Right...I think...umm...well, Sailor Mercury, what's your plan?'
Mercury: 'We must be extra careful of Sailor Jupiter. She has been 
brainwashed so she is even more powerful. Who knows what she is capable of?'
Moon: 'Oh, come on Sailor Mercury. She wouldn't use her powers against us.'
Venus: 'Sailor Moon, you don't know that for sure. They are not the same 
people they were before.'
Moon: *Sits down with her back against the door* 'It's all happening again.'
Mercury: 'What do you mean?'
Moon: 'This is just like... when Darien was captured and brainwashed. We'll 
never get them back.'
Venus: *Kneels down in front of Sailor Moon* 'Come on, don't get depressed. 
We got Darien back, and we'll get Chad, Rae, Lita, and everybody else back 
too.'
Mercury: 'Right, now let's-' *Stops talking and listens* 'They're getting 
close to the ship.'
Venus: *Listens* 'really close, I can hear them...'
Moon: 'What are we going to do? We don't have a plan.'
Mercury: 'And because we killed Cluck, Armuck, and uh...that other guy, they 
have no leader. They'll destroy anything and everything.'

	*Just then a hand bursts through the steel door next to Sailor Moon's head*

Moon: *Jumps up* 'AHH! That's it. I'm out of here!' *Starts to run down a 
hallway*
Mercury: 'No! Sailor Moon, that's the wrong way! It leads to a dead end!'
Venus: 'She can't hear you. What are we going to do?' *Looks at the hand 
sticking in through the door* 'Stupid!' *Kicks the hand, and hears a loud 
roar* 'Uh-oh.'
Mercury: 'You just made it even more angry. Let's go get Sailor Moon before 
they break down the door.'
Venus: 'Okay.'

	*Both girls run down the long hallway and see Sailor Moon standing near the 
end*

Moon: 'It's a dead end.'
Mercury: 'yeah, we know.'
Venus: 'Let's go back, and go hide so we can make up a plan.'

	*As the girls start to backtrack the hallway, they are cornered by the 
newly transformed servants of the Maiden of Madness*

Moon: 'Oh no, we're stuck.'

	*Chad comes forward from the crowd*

Mercury: 'It's Chad.'
Venus: 'Look at his eyes, they're just, black.'
Moon: 'Chad!' *Runs forward to Chad*
Mercury: 'No! Sailor Moon stop!'
Moon: 'Chad, listen...you've been brainwashed...'

	*Chad's black eyes stare coldly at Sailor Moon. He then slowly squats down 
to the floor*

Venus: 'What is he doing?'

	*Two sticks of wood magically appear in Chad's hands*

Moon: *Stands still confused* 'What...?'

	*Chad rubs the two sticks together*

Mercury: 'Chad won the contest for fire making right?'
Venus: 'Yeah.'
Mercury: 'Sailor Moon get away from him!'

	*As Sailor Moon turns around to look at Sailor Mercury, Chad automatically 
starts a fire*

Venus: 'Sailor Moon look out!'

	*Sailor Venus' call was too late. As Chad moves his hand forward, the fire 
goes in the same direction, plowing into Sailor Moon catapulting her back to 
the dead end knocking her to the ground*

Mercury & Venus: 'SAILOR MOON!!'

	*Both girls run to Sailor Moon*

Venus: 'Sailor Moon, are you going to be alright?'
Moon: *opens eyes* 'I...don't know.'

	*While Sailor Mercury and Sailor Venus try to help Sailor Moon, Chad sends 
the fire encircling them, trapping them in a ring of flames*

Venus: 'Oh no, we're stuck. Mercury, do you think you can put this fire out 
with your power?'
Mercury: 'I think so, I will try and-'

	*Sailor Mercury stops speaking, as she sees the evil Chad walk through the 
fire and into the circle with them. The other brainwashed people stand 
around the outside of the fire, but do not enter it*

Venus: *Stares at Chad, and leans down to get Sailor Moon back on her feet* 
'Sailor Moon...get up...'
Mercury: 'No Venus don't. You 're too weak to pick her up.'

	*Chad leans to the ground, and his two sticks magically appear again*

Venus: 'Sailor Mercury now! While he's busy!'
Mercury: 'Right! SHINE...AQUA...ILLUSION!!!!'

	*Sailor Mercury's attack changes the large, burning flames into walls of 
ice*

Venus: 'Ow, my sweat drops turned to icicles.'

	*Evil Chad belts out a loud roar*

Venus: 'Uh-oh. He doesn't sound too happy.'

	*As Chad runs up to Sailor Mercury, his face is pierced by a red rose. Chad 
looks around*

Mercury: 'Tuxedo Mask?'
Venus: 'It has to be him, where is he?'

	*The scouts look around for him, and he soon jumps into the ice circle with 
them*

Venus: 'Tuxedo Mask! How did you get here?'
Tuxedo: 'I have my ways. Besides, it just wouldn't be the same if I didn't 
happen to show up at the right time and save your rears.'
Mercury: 'Right...' *Looks at Chad to see an infuriated look on his face* 
'TUXEDO MASK! LOOK OUT!!'

	*Tuxedo Mask turns around, and hurriedly whips out his black wand, stick 
thing, and blocks Chad from punching him*

Tuxedo: 'Chad...stay back...'

	*Chad grabs Tuxedo Mask and shoves him against the ice*

Venus: 'Tuxedo Mask!'
Moon: *Opens her eyes slowly* 'Tuxedo...Mask...?'
Venus: *Looks down to Sailor Moon lying on the ground, and kneels next to 
her* 'It's alright Sailor Moon...'

	*Tuxedo Mask slowly stands up. As Chad runs to attack him, Tuxedo Mask 
returns the favor and pushes Chad into the ice*

Mercury: 'Now, while he's still down, we have to get out of here.'
Venus: 'Allow me. VENUS...CRESCENT V SMASH!!!' *Aims the attack to a spot on 
the ice wall, and the Crescent V blows a hole in the ice* 'There.'
Mercury: 'Now let's get to the control room.'

	*Tuxedo Mask picks up Sailor Moon, and the four of them run to the control 
room with the enemies slowly following*

Venus: 'We've lost them. They're really far behind.'
Mercury: 'We're almost to the control room. When we get there, maybe I can 
find something to shut them up in one part of the spaceship. Then we can 
think up a plan.'
Tuxedo: 'Ok, that sounds good.'
Venus: *Slows down her running pace* 'yeah...' *Coughs, then falls to her 
knees*

	*Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Mercury turn around*

Mercury: 'Tuxedo Mask, take Sailor Moon to the control room. I'll help 
Sailor Venus.'
Tuxedo: 'Are you sure?'
Mercury: 'Yes, now hurry.'

	*Tuxedo Mask runs ahead*

Mercury: *Kneels down* 'It's ok Sailor Venus, come on, you're weak. You've 
lost a lot of blood.'
Venus: *Nods* 'It's...getting dark.'
Mercury: 'Here.' *Puts Sailor Venus' arm over her shoulder* 'Lean on me.' 
*Looks behind to see the enemies slowly coming towards them*
Venus: 'Okay.' *Slowly tries to stand with Sailor Mercury helping her*
Mercury: 'Alright...slow and steady.'

	*As the two scouts slowly inch towards the room their foes get closer and 
closer*

Venus: 'We'll never make it...I'm...slowing you down. Just...go without me.'
Mercury: *Looks behind* 'Don't be crazy, I would never forgive myself if I 
left you here to die. We are going to win this together.'

	*Suddenly, a strange red beam flashes across the hallway behind the two 
scouts, scaring the enemies back*

Mercury: 'What was that?'
Venus: 'What?'
Mercury: 'A flash of light, perhaps a laser.' *Looks around, and sees a 
shadowy figure looming around in the opposite hallway. Not wanting to worry 
Sailor Venus, she says nothing* 'Well, whatever it was, it scared them away. 
For now.'

	*When the two finally reach the control room, they see Tuxedo Mask has made 
it there safely. He placed Sailor Moon on a table, and he tightly squeezes 
her hand*

Tuxedo: *Looks up* 'Oh good, you made it.'

	*As the two girls enter the room, Mercury turns around behind her, and 
presses a large button to close the door*

Mercury: 'How is Sailor Moon?'
Tuxedo: 'She hasn't done anything. She is barely breathing as it is.'
Mercury: 'Hmm...' *Helps Sailor Venus sit up on the table that Sailor Moon is 
lying on*
Tuxedo: 'And I found this.' *Holds up a cloth and a jar filled with liquid*
Mercury: *Takes the top off the jar and smells it* 'Peroxide.' *Pours some 
onto the cloth, and presses it to Sailor Venus' neck* 'Now Mina, hold it 
there, and press it as hard as you can.'
Venus: *Nods head* 'Alright, thank you.'
Mercury: 'Tuxedo Mask, can I talk to you?'
Tuxedo: 'Uh, sure.'

	*Sailor Mercury and Tuxedo Mask go to the opposite side of the room*

Mercury: *Whispering* 'There is someone on this ship. I saw the shadows...and 
it has some laser beam or something. I don't know if it is friend or foe, so 
we must be on the lookout.'
Tuxedo: 'Alright. I wonder who it is.'
Mercury: 'And by the way, how did you get here? How did you know about 
this?'
Tuxedo: 'Luna and Artemis of course.'
Mercury: 'But how'd you get here?'
Tuxedo: 'Hitched a ride on a shooting star.'
Mercury: *Gives Tuxedo an amused look* 'Right, well, I don't know what we're 
going to do. I must admit, things look hopeless for us.'
Venus: 'AHH!! You guys!!' *Jumps off the table*

	*Sailor Mercury and Tuxedo Mask run over to Sailor Venus and Sailor Moon. 
They see that Sailor Moon's entire body is shaking violently*

Tuxedo: 'SAILOR MOON, SAILOR MOON STOP!!'
Venus: 'WHAT'S GOING ON? WHAT'S WRONG?'
Mercury: 'I-I DON'T KNOW! HERE, LET'S TRY AND HOLD HER DOWN!!'

	*Sailor Venus and Sailor Mercury each grab an arm, while Tuxedo Mask holds 
down her legs*

Mercury: 'It's no use! She won't stop.'
Venus: 'I can't hold her!'
Tuxedo: 'SAILOR MOON! PLEASE!!'

	*Suddenly, Sailor Moon's body stops shaking, and it returns to it's 
lifeless stage*

Venus: 'Is...is it over?'
Mercury: *Sighs* 'I don't know, I hope so.'
Tuxedo: 'What happened to her?'
Mercury: 'The brainwashed Chad hit her, with his fire power.'
Venus: 'And now...she's just...'
Mercury: *Leans over Sailor Moon* 'Look at the gem on her tiara.'
Tuxedo: 'It's glowing!'
	*Sailor Moon's eyes open, and Sailor Mercury sees that they are pure black*

Mercury: 'No...'

	*Sailor Moon tightly grabs Sailor Mercury's arm and throws her across the 
table, and Mercury falls to the floor*

Venus: '...What? Sailor Moon?'

	*Sailor Moon stands up on the table, and her clothes change to a dark 
black, and a black moon and star appear on her forehead*

Tuxedo: 'She has a black moon and star on her forehead.'
Venus: 'We have to get out of here! She'll kill us!'
Tuxedo: 'We have to help her!'
Venus: 'We can't! Now come on!'

	*As they turn to the door, it opens automatically. Something runs past 
them, and jumps on Sailor Moon, knocking her to the ground*

Tuxedo: 'What was that?'
Venus: 'The appropriate question would be 'WHO was that?'.'

	*The strange figure whips out a huge, oddly shaped gun and points it at 
Sailor Moon*

Tuxedo: 'What are you doing?'

	*He pulls the trigger, and a red laser beam shoots out of the gun, stunning 
Sailor Moon. Sailor Mercury stands up*

Mercury: 'A red laser...'

	*The black moon and star slowly disappear from Sailor Moon's forehead. As 
he continues to zap her, her clothes turn back to their normal colors. He 
turns the gun off and steps out of the shadows*

Venus: 'OH MY GOD!'
Mercury: 'I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! IT'S...IT'S...'
Venus: 'it's Fu-'
[Edited]: 'Yes, it's me!'
Venus: 'I thought we got rid of you.'
Tuxedo: 'What's going on? Who's he?'
Mercury: 'Well, his name starts with an 'F', and it rhymes with 'luck.'
Tuxedo: 'You mean...?'
Venus: 'Well it's against your luck you came back! VENUS...LOVE-'
[Edited]: 'Wait! I want to help you!'
Mercury: 'You do?'
[Edited]: 'I will...if you promise to take me to planet Earth after.'

	*Venus and Mercury exchange glances*

Venus: 'If you aren't lying...then...alright. But how did you survive? We blew 
you up into dozens of pieces.'
Tuxedo: 'And what did you do to Sailor Moon?'
[Edited]: 'Easy, I regenerated. Cluck and Armuck did not possess that 
ability. And I zapped Sailor Moon with this ray gun. She should wake up in a 
couple of minutes.'
Tuxedo: *Walks over to Sailor Moon's body lying on the ground* 'Serena...it'll 
be alright.'
Mercury: 'So whenever someone gets blasted by a brainwashed person like 
Chad, it has the same effects as if that person had been brainwashed 
themselves.'
[Edited]: 'That's correct. That's how the Maiden of Madness plans to capture 
all the humans to work for her.'
Venus: 'So you're saying that you can turn everyone back to normal with that 
gun?'
[Edited]: 'Yeah,' *Looks at the gun* 'Oh damn.'
Mercury: 'What is it?'
[Edited]: 'It's out of power. And that was the last one in stock too. Well, 
I guess we're all going to die.'
Venus: 'Isn't there another way? Can't you rewire the machines?'
[Edited]: 'I never thought about that. Yeah I guess that is possible.'
Tuxedo: 'You guys, Sailor Moon is awake.'

	*They all go to see Sailor Moon, as she opens her eyes and smiles*

Venus: *Smiles* 'How you felling?'
Moon: 'Alright, I think. What happened?'
Tuxedo: 'Never mind. All that matters is that you're safe.'
Moon: *Sees you know who* 'What is he doing here? I thought we killed him.'
Mercury: 'Don't panic, he's on our side now.'
Moon: 'Oh...'
Venus: 'And we have to take him back to earth with us.'
Tuxedo: 'Why do you want to go to our planet anyways?'
[Edited]: 'I hate it here. I need to find a place where I belong. No one has 
ever appreciated me. And the Maiden of Madness just treated me like a 
slave.'
Mercury: 'What are we going to do about the Maiden of Madness?'
Venus: 'Let's just concentrate on taking care of the humans first.'
Tuxedo: 'Right, let's take one thing at a time.' *Helps Sailor Moon stand 
up* 'There, feel better honey?'
Venus: *Rolls eyes* 'Oh please.'
Moon: 'How can I ever than you?'
Tuxedo: 'You can thank me later.' *Wink*
Venus: *Runs up and pulls them apart* 'That's enough of that.'
Moon: 'Sailor Venus, are you alright?'
Venus: *Touches her neck* 'Yeah, I'm fine.'
Mercury: 'Wait, do you hear that?'
[Edited]: 'It's them, they're almost at the door.'
Moon: 'What are we going to do?'
[Edited]: 'Lo and behold!' *Bends down, and opens a secret compartment in 
the floor. Reaches down, and pushes a button which opens a secret door*
Moon: 'Wow!'
Mercury: 'We can go out, and F- well, he and I will work on the brainwashing 
machines.'
Tuxedo: 'Alright, let's go.'

	*As they are about to go out the secret doorway, a blast of energy shoots 
past them. They turn around to see Sailor Jupiter, brainwashed, staring at 
them*

Moon: *Gulp* 'What are we going to do?'
Tuxedo: *Pushes the others out the door* 'Go and operate on the machines, 
I'll keep her back.'
Mercury: 'Are you sure?'
Tuxedo: 'Yes, now go!'
Moon: 'Darien, be careful.'

	*They leave the spaceship, leaving Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Jupiter alone, 
face to face*

Tuxedo: 'Lita...' *Pulls out his staff* 'I am not going to hurt you.'

	*Sailor Jupiter's black eyes stare coldly into those of Tuxedo Mask*

Tuxedo: 'Please...can you talk?'

	*Sailor Jupiter runs up to Tuxedo Mask attacking him. He does his best to 
dodge her attacks, but she soon knocks him to the ground*

Tuxedo: 'What am I going to do?' *Looks at the ray gun lying on the floor, 
and picks it up*

	*Sailor Jupiter raises her arms, and bolts of energy form*

Tuxedo: *Pulls the trigger of the gun but nothing happens* 'Well this won't 
do me any good.' *Throws the heavy gun at Sailor Jupiter, knocking her down* 
'There.' *Stands up*

	*Sailor Mercury runs back into the spaceship through the secret doorway 
holding a capsule*

Mercury: 'Look at what I pulled out of one of those machines.' *Holds the 
capsule up*
Tuxedo: 'What is that?'

	*Sailor Mercury picks up the gun, and slides the capsule into a groove in 
the gun*

Mercury: 'This is only enough for one person.'

	*Sailor Jupiter starts to stand up*

Mercury: 'Alright, here goes.' *Pulls the trigger of the gun, and a red 
laser shoots from the gun and stuns Sailor Jupiter* 'How long do I do this?'
Tuxedo: 'I don't know, until the gun runs out? Or until she gets back to 
normal I guess.'

	*After about a minute, Sailor Jupiter falls to the ground, and the gun 
powers down*

Mercury: 'Is that it?' *Checks the gun* 'Well, it's empty.'
Tuxedo: *Walks over to Sailor Jupiter lying unconscious* 'Her clothes are 
turning back to normal, I think it worked.' *Picks Sailor Jupiter up* 'Let's 
go back out with the other.'

	*When Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Mercury walk out to the others, Sailor Mercury 
runs over to their new ally working on the machines*

Mercury: 'How's it going?'
[Edited]: 'Do you have the gun?'
Mercury: *Holds up the ray gun* 'Yes, but it's empty now.'
[Edited]: 'Not for long. What we have to do, is take a wire I have extracted 
from each machine, and plug it in like this.' *Plugs a wire into the gun*
Mercury: 'Every machine?'
[Edited]: 'Yes, so we'd better get to work.'

	*As Sailor Mercury and Fu- well, as they get to work, Tuxedo Mask, Sailor 
Moon, and Sailor Venus wait for Sailor Jupiter to awaken*

Moon: 'Did I do the same thing she did? Did I attack you?'
Tuxedo: 'No, you attacked Sailor Mercury.'
Moon: 'I can't believe I did that.'
Venus: 'Sailor Moon, it's not your fault.'

	*Sailor Jupiter moans*

Moon: 'Sailor Jupiter?'
Jupiter: *Opens eyes* 'hi guys...what happened?'
Venus: 'How do you feel?'
Jupiter: 'okay I guess. Last I remember, that Cluck freak was shoving me 
into a brainwashing machine. Damn, I'm going to get him.' *Starts to stand 
up*
Venus: *Holds Jupiter down* 'Don't worry, we took care of him.'
Jupiter: 'Sailor Moon, Sailor Venus...I knew you guys would take care of 
everything. Rae was having her doubts, but I told her...where is Rae?'
Moon: 'Rae is uh...well...we still have to get to her.'
Tuxedo: 'Where are the rest of the brainwashed people anyway?'
Venus: 'Still in the spaceship I guess. I hope they don't find us until 
Sailor Mercury gets everything ready.'
Jupiter: 'Sailor Venus, what happened to you? You're covered in blood. 
And...your neck.'
Venus: 'Oh stop. I'm fine.'
Tuxedo" 'Hey girls, do you hear that?'
Moon: 'It's them...time to start panicking.'
Jupiter: *Stands up* 'Let me at them.'
Moon: 'No, you can't hurt them. They're people.'

	*The brainwashed people come into view*

Tuxedo: 'Sailor Mercury, is the gun almost ready? We kind of need it.'
Mercury: 'Almost.'
Venus: 'So what do we do until them?'
Moon: 'Distraction. Let's put on a show.'
Venus: 'Oh yeah, very funny. This is a bad time for corny jokes Sailor 
Moon.'

	*Mercury and the guy who's name is an awful explicit, run over with the gun 
which has dozens of wires hanging from it*

Jupiter: 'What's that?'
Mercury: 'Just watch! Wait...we need to get them all together.'
Moon: 'Umm...hey! I got it! Sailor Venus! Do the same thing that you did to 
the spaceship!'
Venus: 'Right! Let's round 'em up! VENUS...LOVE CHAIN...ENCIRCLE!!'

	*The love chain encircles all of the brainwashed people, trapping them*

Tuxedo: 'Good going Sailor Venus!'
Mercury: 'Alright everyone, let's cross our fingers and hope this works!' 
*Pulls the trigger, and a huge laser light is emitted. It hits all of them, 
causing a huge light. And in a few minutes they all fall to the ground*

Moon: 'Yes! YES! We did it!'
Mercury: 'Look, their clothes.'
Venus: *Smiles* 'Their clothes are all turning back to normal.'

	*As they watch, they see that Rae is the first to stand up*

Moon: 'RAE!!'

	*They all run up to Rae, and Sailor Moon tightly hugs her*

Rae: 'Back off Meatball Brain! I can't breathe!'
Moon: 'I never thought I would be so happy to hear you call me that.'
Rae: 'What's going on?' *Looks down to see the unconscious people at her 
feet*
'AHH!'
Jupiter: 'See Rae? I told you they'd save us!'
Rae: *Smiles* 'Of course! Lita...why are you transformed?'
[Edited]: 'I hate to break up this love fest, but when the Maiden of Madness 
finds out we messed up her plan, she isn't gonna be too happy.'
Mercury: 'Yes...the battle's only half over. Where do you think our enemy is?'
[Edited]: 'The Maiden of Madness is everywhere...'

	*They all look up into the cosmic space, and hear an evil laughter*

Moon: 'She sounds kind of psychotically happy to me.'


	And that's it for Chapter 3!!! But...what will happen next?? Will our heroes 
overpower the Maiden of Madness? Or will she crush them under her powerful 
hold? Find out in the final chapter of my Sailor Moon adventure!! So stay 
tuned for chapter 4!!!
*Phew* Only one more chapter to keep up this corny action hero voice...Thank 
God. Oh, am I still on?? Oops. Well, like I said, stay tuned for Chapter
