Chapter 2, 
‘The Predicted Battle’

       Silence had filled the Crystal Palace as everyone was asleep.  Everyone 
but Lita.  She lay awake on her bed, arms crossed behind her head.  Galexia’s 
threat still echoed in her mind.  ‘Come to the Starlight Towers tonight, alone.’ 
 She groaned and rolled over onto her side.  She held her locket in her clenched 
fist.  “I have to go, for the sake of the others....but what if I don’t make 
it?”  She closed her eyes.  “Why does she want me to come alone?”  Lita wondered 
and sat up.  She pulled out her mini computer, a gift from Luna.  “Commence 
Search Backup Program.”  A few faint beeps and she had her answer.  
“No....It-it-it can’t be....pure heart....another Messiah?  A powerful 
crystal....all this doesn’t make sense.  Wish Amy was awake..she could decipher 
all this.  Is this why Galexia wants me?  Because my pure heart......?  Now I 
have to go.”  She got out of bed and stood on the cold marble floor.  Grabbing 
her cloak, she continued out to the hallway. “Lunar Cosmic Power...”  She 
whispered.  Soon Sailor Lunar was in the place of Lita.  “Commence Night Vision 
Program.....”  Her visor crossed in front of her eyes.  Her high heeled boots 
made a click-click sound as she carefully walked past the other scouts bedrooms. 
 She could hear Serenity’s faint snoring as she passed the royal bedroom.  Amy 
was mumbling something in her sleep about chemical equations.  “What are you 
doing?”  Lunar nearly jumped through the roof.  “Why are you following me?”  She 
hissed.  Jupiter Knight stepped out of the shadows behind her.  “I’m your 
protector, I have to know what you are up to.”  “This is strictly none of your 
business.”  Their friendship had started drifting away since Ken had become 
Jupiter Knight.  Lita felt more for him now, but since she didn’t know how to 
act, she would turn on the mean approach.  His gaze softened, “Does this have 
anything to do with Galexia?”  Lunar lowered her eyes to the floor.  “Yes..”she 
replied, her voice barely above a whisper.   “I have to fight her.  I know what 
she wants, and I can’t let her get it.”  “What is it?”  Lunar’s green orbs met 
his blue ones.  “My pure heart...”  “What?!”  “Shh!!!  I don’t what the others 
to know.  She said for me to go alone, and alone I will go.”  “Li, you know you 
can’t take her all by yourself.”  “I must.  Now I have to go....”  She turned 
around and started walking towards the balcony windows that overlooked the 
gardens.  She gave a look back towards Jupiter Knight, and he saw regret and 
sadness in her emerald eyes.  Lunar jumped swiftly off the balcony, and 
disappeared into the darkness.  “She can’t do this.....”  Jupiter Knight whirled 
around and ran back to the scouts bedrooms.*******“Starlight Towers...dead 
ahead.....”  Lunar carefully opened the door, as if she expected something to 
jump out at her.  She walked blindly through the tower’s main hallway, searching 
for some sign of Galexia’s presence.  “So, the powerful Sailor Lunar decided to 
show up.”  “Galexia...”  She growled.  Galexia laughed and started to walk up to 
Lunar.  “I suspect you already know why I wanted you to come here.”  “Yes...”  
“Now give it to me, or suffer the consequences.”  “Never.”  Lunar spat.  “You 
want it?  Well you’ll have to fight me for it.”  “Very well.”  “Lunar Light 
Staff, appear before me!”  She grabbed the staff now hovering above her.  “I, 
Sailor Lunar, assistant of the Time Keeper, Holder of the Lunar Time Crystal, 
and protector of Queen Serenity, will punish you!”  Great, I’m beginning to 
sound like Sailor Moon, She thought.  “Pathetic.  Pure Heart, come to me!”  She 
shot a beam at Lunar.  “Agghhhhhh!!”  Her heart crystal appeared from her chest. 
  Lunar fell to her knees.  She looked up, her eyes full of malice.  “You won’t 
get my crystal, I won’t let you!”  She got up, grabbed her heart crystal and ran 
down the hallway to the front door.  She kicked it open and puffing, ran out 
into the darkness.  Her eyes were now dull, the light sucked from them.  “I 
won’t let her...I almost lost it against the heart snatchers....I won’t lose it 
to her....”  She collapsed under a tree.  “No...she...won’t...win.....”  She 
closed her eyes, still clutching her pure heart.  “Pitiful.”  Galexia laughed 
and grabbed the crystal from Lunar.  “Moon Starlight Therapy Kiss!”  “Arrggg!  
Who’s there!?”  Galexia screamed as the heart crystal was shot out of her hands, 
and she was blasted back.  “I am Sailor Moon!  And in the name of the moon, I 
will punish you!”  “Serenity...”  Lunar breathed.  “Lita!”  Jupiter Knight ran 
over and kneeled next to her.  Her held her in his arms.  “Don’t let...her..get 
the...crystal...We need to....find....the second...Messiah,”  Lunar gasped.   
“What?  A second Messiah?”  “Don’t let...her...win...”  “Lita!  No don’t leave!” 
 Lunar gave a faint smile, then closed her eyes.  With a final breath, she faded 
away.  “NOOO!!!”  Sailor Venus had been looking over Jupiter Knight’s shoulders 
and had screamed when her best friend died.  “Guys!  Look at her crystal!  
What’s..it..doing?”  Lita’s heart crystal had started glowing.  “Could Lita have 
been right?  Is there a second Messiah?”   Sailor Moon asked.  “Look!”  With a 
flash of light, her heart crystal turned into a heart shaped crystal.  Luna 
gasped.  “The Hope Crystal...”  “Guys!  The Imperium Lunar Crystal!”  Lita’s 
crescent moon shaped Lunar Crystal had detached itself from her locket and was 
now floating towards the Hope Crystal.  “They’re..going..to combine...”  Sailor 
Mercury gasped.  As soon as the two crystals touched, a blinding flash was 
emitted.  From the light emerged a star shaped crystal.  “MY GOD!  THE TIMESTAR 
CRYSTAL!”  Sailor Moon yelled.  The other Sailor Scouts looked at her.  “My mom 
told me about it!  Only the future Keeper of Time is presented with it.”  “The 
second Messiah.....will probably be revealed now...”  Sailor Uranus said.  
Lita’s heart crystal detached itself from the crystal and went back into her 
chest.”What...??”   Lita’s body rose into the air.  The TimeStar Crystal 
descended into her locket.  Everything happened fast.  Lita opened her eyes, and 
if as in a trance, shouted, “Lunar Crisis Power!”  “Lita!  What are you-oh my 
god.....”  Sailor Neptune yelled.  Lita was now in her scout form, bu she looked 
like Eternal Sailor Moon, Super Sailor Moon, Sailor Saturn and Sailor Pluto all 
mixed into one.  Her cape now had three silver stripes. No longer was there a 
tiara, but a silver crescent moon in its place.  Here skirt had three layers 
like Eternal Sailor Moon’s, and the colors were white, green, and silver.  The 
thing that connected her skirt to the rest of her fuku was the same, but the 
crescent moon was now silver.  Her boots looked like Eternal Sailor Moon’s and 
Sailor Saturn’s combined.  Her ponytail was held up by a silver star with little 
silver crescent moons going around it.  Her locket was now silver and green, 
with a silver star on it, and a silver crescent moon dangling from it.  She had 
large ivory wings behind her, and silver and green ribbons trailed down from her 
skirt.  She had no sleeves like Sailor Pluto.  Her staff was now like a large 
key, and at the top perched something that looked like a silver and green Purity 
Chalice.  “Give me that crystal!”  Galexia screeched.  She jumped at Lita, but 
was blasted back.  Lita took the staff from where it hovered above her, and 
pointed it at Galexia.   “Give it up Galexia.”  “Never!  I will get that 
crystal, and destroy you, you brat!”  “Then I have no choice.”  Her voice had 
almost a holy sound to it.  She raised up her staff, almost like she was 
reaching for the stars above her.  “Starlight....Time......”  She closed her 
eyes just as a beam of light crashed down on her.  She gathered it at the tip of 
her staff, and shot it out.  “SEDUCTION!”  “Noooo!!!  I will return!”  Galexia 
screamed her last words and turned to ashes.  Lita gasped and fell to her knees. 
 “I did..it...I actually destroyed...Galexia...”

Well, how was it?  There is an epilog coming soon, and it will explain 
everything.  Like what Lita turned into, what happens, ya know, the 
informational stuff (lol..=) You know what's really fuuny?  I spend more time 
trying to describe her outfit!  =)
